TurboCAD 2023 users will automatically download the latest updates through the software. TurboCAD uses a universal’ EXE, so the file being downloaded works for all versions – Designer, Deluxe, Professional and Platinum. There are 32-bit and 64-bit versions of TurboCAD however, if you order directly from IMSI Design, you will be sent only sent the 64-bit version. The license keys you were sent when purchasing will work with either the 32-bit or 64-bit version. You can also email with your product name, version, and any other information that might help our support staff diagnose the problem, and we will respond during business hours.
